Fear

Many of us experience the feeling of fear on a daily basis (chronic), I mean waking up with it and going to sleep with it. I've found it to be a very uncomfortable feeling. However, there is a certain sense of healthy fear built into all of us, primarily to keep us safe and not walk into danger. But, the kind of prominent fear I am expressing is one in which seems to never really go away. Whether it be uncertainties about the future, financial circumstances, job security, ideas of relationship or family loss can evoke these fears much more than just the causal awareness of its presence.
